Traffic Wave was founded and is led by Samir Djelal, a Technical Leader, Solutions Architect, and Systems Engineer with extensive experience designing high-throughput payment architectures, zero-downtime infrastructure, and rigorous security compliance frameworks.

Throughout his career in fintech, healthtech, and cybersecurity, Samir has specialized in deterministic systems engineered in Rust, PHP / Laravel, and TypeScript. His work includes engineering mission-critical transaction cores, disaster recovery migrations under regional cloud outages, and strict regulatory implementations across PCI DSS v4.0.1 and ISO 27001.

His educational background also encompasses Higher Technician credentials in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications (INSFP) and foundational university studies in applied physics and mathematics.
