Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Rankings depend on Google and on your competitors. We guarantee the work: the audit, the fixes on the sprint plan, and an honest report of what changed.

What access do you need?

Restricted (read-only) access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics. For the fix sprint we also need an editor account on your CMS or access to your code repository. We never ask for your passwords.

Which websites do you work on?

Business sites, online shops and blogs in English, French or Arabic, built on WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, Next.js or plain HTML. We do not take adult, gambling, crypto-trading or medical-claims sites.

Will you build links or send traffic to my site?

No. We do not buy, trade or spam links, and we never send automated traffic. Everything we do follows Google Search Essentials.

What happens after I pay?

Your account is created (or used, if you already have one) and a project appears in it. Fill in the short brief and we start within two business days.

Can I get a refund?

If we have not started work, yes, in full. Once the audit has started we refund the part of the work not delivered.
